Founders
Mr. Frank: Since the early 1980s, he has been engaged in polymer material research, covering cellulose, polyamide, polyethersulfone, polysulfone, and polyvinylidene fluoride. With extensive R&D experience in membrane materials, he discovered that by improving polyamide membranes, surface smoothness and anti-fouling performance could be enhanced, significantly increasing salt rejection.
Professor Fred: With a background in chemistry, he made significant achievements in applying membrane materials to specialized fields and developing specialty chemicals.
As excellent partners, Mr. Frank and Professor Fred shared the same vision: to achieve success in the environmental field, promote efficient and sustainable use of resources, and drive social progress.
Brand Story
In the late 1980s, Mr. Frank and Professor Fred decided to establish a membrane materials company. Operated under modern corporate management standards, it transformed the latest research into commercial applications, providing high-performance membrane products and water treatment chemicals. This gave customers more choices and effectively reduced procurement costs.
The company name FFM INC. was derived from the initials of its two founders, while also embodying the corporate vision:
