FCA2100 Biocide And Algicide
FCA2100 is a high-efficiency oxidizing biocide and algicide produced for microbial contamination control in industrial recirculating cooling water systems. Featuring active chlorine as the core component, it rapidly penetrates biofilms and microbial cell structures through strong oxidation, achieving broad-spectrum elimination of bacteria, algae, and fungi while simultaneously decomposing biological sludge and eliminating odors. Suitable for high-load industrial systems in power, chemical, metallurgical, and refining sectors, it also extends to disinfection applications in swimming pools, hospitals, and bathing facilities. With robust adaptability across diverse operating conditions and a cost-effective shock-dosing protocol, FCA2100 empowers users to proactively manage microbial risks and ensure sustained heat transfer efficiency and system reliability.
FCA2100 can be used for microbial control treatment of circulating cooling water systems.

Instructions for Use
- Suitable for use in industrial circulating water systems of power plants, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, oil refineries, and metallurgical plants for sterilization, algae removal, and sludge removal. Also suitable for insect control and disinfection in hospitals, bathrooms, and swimming pools. It is applied using an impact dosage method, typically 80-100 mg/L, which provides a thorough kill of bacteria and algae. For faster sludge removal, the dosage can be increased to 200-500 ppm, and floating debris should be removed promptly.
Packing and Storage
25 kg plastic drums; custom packaging available. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, sealed, away from light, heat sources, and reducing agents.
Shelf Life
6 months.
