FHFPP Pleated Filter Cartridge
The FHFPP High-Flow PP Pleated Filter Cartridge is designed for high-efficiency liquid filtration in industrial pre-filtration and general process. Constructed from 100% polypropylene, the cartridge features a gradient pore structure (from coarse to fine) that maximizes dirt-holding capacity and extends service life. With a large filtration area (≥0.6 m² per 10″), the FHFPP series delivers high flow rates with a low pressure drop, significantly reducing the number of cartridges required and lowering system operating costs.

Product Features
- Gradient Depth Filtration: Multi-layer (5-10 layer) structure traps particles throughout the depth of the filter, preventing surface from blinding and offering superior dirt-holding capacity.
- High Flow & Low Delta-P: The pleated design provides a large filtration area, ensuring high flux and low initial pressure drop for energy-efficient operation.
- Chemical Resistance: 100% polypropylene construction ensures excellent compatibility with a wide range of acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
- Thermal Stability: Suitable for hot water and compatible with steam sterilization (SIP).
- Pure & Secure: Fully thermally bonded construction eliminates the need for adhesives, preventing media migration and secondary contamination.

Precautions
Selection & Operation Guide
- Accuracy Selection:
- 1–1 μm: Fine filtration for sensitive equipment protection.
- 3–20 μm: General pre-filtration for sediment and rust removal.
- 50–100 μm: Coarse filtration for high-viscosity liquids or high-sediment water.
- Flow Direction: Strictly Inside-Out. Do not reverse flow.
- Sterilization: Compatible with hot water circulation and steam sterilization (121°C).
Maintenance & Replacement
- Disposable Design: The FHFPP cartridge is designed for single-use or batch-use only.
- Replacement Criteria:
- When the pressure differential (ΔP) reaches 0.10–0.15 MPa.
- At the end of a production cycle or sterilization process.
- If the flow rate decreases significantly.
- Pre-Use: It is recommended to flush the cartridge with purified water before installation to remove any loose fibers.
