FHFPP Pleated Filter Cartridge
The FHFPP series high-flow pleated filter cartridge utilizes deep-layer fine polypropylene fiber membrane as the filtration medium. Available in both inside-out and outside-in flow configurations, the stepped filtration structure ensures that all contaminant particles are captured within the filter matrix, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. With a maximum filtration area exceeding 8.5 m² for the 60-inch cartridge and a maximum flow rate of up to 110 m³/h, the FHFPP series significantly reduces the required filter housing size and cartridge count, substantially lowering equipment investment and labor costs while simplifying operation.

Precautions
Selection & Operation Guide
When selecting FHFPP series high-flow pleated filter cartridges, consider the following:
Filtration Rating & Material
- Filtration ratings range from 1 μm to 100 μm. Select based on the type of contaminants to be removed (sediment, rust, or microorganisms).
- Thermally bonded, adhesive-free construction is recommended to prevent secondary contamination.
Compatibility & Dimensions
- Ensure proper matching of cartridge length (20, 40, or 60 inches) and connection type. Universal models offer broader compatibility.
Maintenance & Replacement
Replacement Cycle
- For pre-filtration applications, replacement every 3–6 months is recommended. In cases of poor water quality (high sediment content), shorten the interval to 1–3 months.
Installation & Maintenance
- Flush the cartridge with purified water before installation.
- Regularly inspect seals and gaskets for proper sealing.
- Do not use with highly corrosive liquids (e.g., concentrated nitric acid). Maximum operating temperature: 80℃.
Water Quality Adaptation
- For systems with aging pipelines or high sediment content, consider using a higher precision cartridge to enhance particle removal.
