Bright Dairy applied the nanofiltration concentration technology in the production of its new product, FFM INC.
This is the first time this technology has been used in liquid milk processing in the industry. The nanofiltration concentration technology, combined with ceramic microfiltration membrane sterilization, can not only concentrate proteins and calcium in milk but also remove part of the sodium ions. Compared with the previous product, the protein content increased to 5.0 grams/100 milliliters, and the sodium content was reduced by 25%.
The change in the sugar – salt ratio made the overall taste of the milk lighter and with a faint natural sweetness.
