Corrosion and scale inhibitor FCA1600

FCA1600 is an ultra-low phosphorus composite corrosion and scale inhibitor engineered for water treatment applications with stringent environmental compliance requirements. Leveraging phosphorus-substitute technology and an eco-friendly corrosion inhibition system, it overcomes limitations of conventional phosphorus-based formulations. Through synergistic action of multi-copolymer dispersion and targeted corrosion protection, it effectively suppresses inorganic scaling (e.g., calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate) while providing balanced protection for carbon steel, copper alloys, stainless steel, and aluminum under high-hardness, high-alkalinity conditions. Product Features

  • This product is a multifunctional composite water stabilizer composed of organophosphates, corrosion inhibitors, multi-component copolymer dispersants, and additives. It exhibits good scale inhibition and dispersion even in water with high hardness and high alkalinity, and provides excellent corrosion protection for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. It also shows good compatibility with commonly used bactericides, exhibiting a synergistic effect. This product is low in toxicity, easy to use, and safe.
  • This product is a phosphorus-free formula, making it safe and environmentally friendly.

Dosage Instructions

  • As a scale and corrosion inhibitor for high-hardness, high-alkalinity, and high-pH circulating cooling water systems, it is used in open circulating cooling water systems in power, metallurgy, oil refining, and chemical industries. It is suitable for materials such as carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum. It is added continuously, and the concentration varies depending on different water quality conditions, generally around 50-80 mg/L. The applicable pH range is 7.0-9.2.

Packing and Storage

25 kg plastic drums; custom packaging available. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
