Corrosion and scale inhibitor FCA1100
FCA1100 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor is a multifunctional composite water treatment formulation applicated specifically for industrial open recirculating cooling water systems. Leveraging triple-action synergy of organophosphonate chelation, corrosion-inhibiting film formation, and multi-copolymer dispersion, it delivers simultaneous scale prevention and comprehensive corrosion protection under high-hardness, high-alkalinity, and broad pH conditions. Effectively suppresses calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate scaling while forming a dense protective layer on carbon steel, copper alloys, stainless steel, and aluminum surfaces—significantly extending heat exchanger and piping system service life. Widely deployed across power generation, metallurgy, oil refining, and chemical industries, FCA1100 supports operational efficiency, reduces maintenance costs, and enables safe, economical, and sustainable water management.

Dosage Instructions
- This product, used as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water, exhibits excellent corrosion and scale inhibition properties even in water systems with high hardness, high alkalinity, and high pH. It can be used in open circulating cooling water systems in power, metallurgy, oil refining, and chemical industries. It is suitable for materials such as carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum. Continuous addition is recommended, with the concentration varying depending on water quality conditions, generally around 50-80 mg/L. The applicable pH range is 7.0-9.2.
Packing and Storage
25 kg plastic drums; custom packaging available upon request. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Shelf Life
12 months.
Safety and Protection
Weakly acidic liquid. Wear protective gloves, goggles, and workwear during handling. Avoid skin/eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with ample water for ≥15 minutes; seek medical attention if irritation persists.
