Instructions for Use

  • Application Scope: Designed for biofilm stripping and microbial control in industrial cooling systems (petrochemical, power generation, metallurgy, fertilizer), especially where sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) contamination is a concern.
  • Dosing Method: Shock dosing recommended. Standard dose: 50–100 mg/L (based on system water volume), injected directly into sump or return header. For severe fouling, increase dosage and enhance blowdown to remove dislodged residues. Alternate with oxidizing/non-oxidizing biocides for optimized results.

Packing and Storage

25 kg plastic drums. Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Strictly moisture-proof and light-protected.

Shelf Life

12 months.

Precautions

Wear chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Avoid skin/eye contact. Rinse immediately with ample water for ≥15 minutes if exposed; seek medical care if irritation persists. Do not store or mix with strong oxidizers.
