FCA3100 Biocide And Algicide
FCA2500 is a sustained-release oxidizing biocide and algicide formulated with trichloroisocyanuric acid, engineered for long-term microbial control in industrial recirculating cooling water systems. Upon dosing, it hydrolyzes gradually to release available chlorine steadily, establishing a persistent bactericidal concentration field that effectively eradicates bacteria, algae, sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), and other corrosive microorganisms—preventing biofilm formation and under-deposit corrosion at the source. With exceptional release kinetics and environmental adaptability, it is widely deployed across petrochemical plants, thermal/nuclear power stations, and metallurgical facilities, delivering reliable protection for safe, efficient, and extended system operation.
FCA3100 Biocide And Algicide
FCA3100 can be used for sterilization and slime removal in circulating water systems.
Product Features
- This product dissociates into cationic active groups in aqueous solution, thus possessing cleaning and bactericidal properties. High concentrations exhibit excellent slime-removing effects. It is hygroscopic, light-resistant, pressure-resistant, heat-resistant, and stable in nature; long-term storage does not affect its quality.

Instructions for Use
- In industrial water treatment, due to its highly efficient bactericidal and algicidal capabilities, low toxicity, lack of cumulative toxicity, water solubility, ease of use, and insensitivity to water hardness, it is particularly suitable for sterilization, algae removal, and sludge removal in circulating cooling water systems of large petrochemical plants and power plants. It is used to control sulfate-reducing bacteria and other microorganisms that thrive under accumulated scale in circulating cooling water systems. The typical concentration used is 50-100 ppm.
Packing and Storage
25 kg plastic drums. Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Strictly moisture-proof and light-protected.
Shelf Life
12 months.
