Instructions for Use
- Application Scope: Microbial control in industrial cooling systems (petrochemical, power generation, metallurgy, fertilizer), especially where sustained suppression of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) is critical.
- Dosing Method: Shock dosing recommended at 10–30 mg/L (based on system water volume). Chlorine release is sustained for prolonged efficacy. Adjust frequency and dosage per water quality monitoring (total bacteria count, SRB levels).
Packing and Storage
25 kg woven bags with inner plastic liners. Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat, ignition sources, and incompatible materials.
Shelf Life
12 months.
Precautions
Wear dust mask, chemical-resistant gloves, and goggles. Avoid inhalation. Never store or mix with ammonia, reducing agents, or acids. In case of skin/eye contact, rinse immediately with ample water for ≥15 minutes; seek medical care if irritation persists.
