FCA5100 Chemical Cleaning Agent
This product has unique cleaning effects in removing oil and rust. It can effectively remove dirt from equipment and remove emulsified oil in water and oil film adhering to the surface of pipelines and equipment without generating secondary pollution. It is mainly used for cleaning and degreasing before system pre-filming to provide conditions for pre-filming.

Product Features
- This product exhibits excellent dispersibility and penetrability, with strong penetrating power, low toxicity, and rapid action. It effectively decomposes and removes slime composed of sludge, grease, bacterial and algal secretions, and bacteria and algae. It also softens and cleans old scale on metal surfaces, inhibits corrosion, and improves the heat exchange rate of equipment.

Instructions for Use
- When using FCA5100, the dosage is calculated based on the system’s water volume, generally 100-200 ppm. For faster stripping and oil removal, the dosage can be increased appropriately. After adding this product, any floating debris in the circulating water should be removed promptly to prevent secondary pollution. Do not mix with PAA or HPMA, and do not use with chlorophenol-based agents.

Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is ten months.
