Membrane-specific scale inhibitor FRA1500
FRA1500 is a high-efficiency liquid antiscalant/dispersant for reverse osmosis membranes, used for control scaling deposits in membrane separation systems. It effectively inhibits calcium carbonate, calcium silicate, and calcium sulfate scaling, offers excellent scaling control performance, and does not form insoluble polymers with residual organic coagulants. In reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), or ultrafiltration (UF) systems pretreated with ion exchange, it prevents scaling, increases product water volume and quality, and reduces overall operating costs.

- Suitable for producing drinking water;
- Effectively controls calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and strontium sulfate scaling; Langelier Saturation Index (L.S.I.) can reach up to 3.0 without scaling;
- Compatible with all major reverse osmosis membrane elements;
- Maintains clean reverse osmosis membrane surfaces by dispersing scale particles;
- Effective for feed water pH range of 5–9;
- Can be dosed directly after dilution, or dosed after dilution;
- Good tolerance to aluminum and iron oxides.

Packing and Storage
Packed in 25 kg or 200kg plastic drums, and can also be packed according to customer requirements. During storage and transportation, stay away from sources of ignition, heat sources, avoid exposure to sunlight, and prevent water ingress and collisions. Store in a cool and well – ventilated place.
Shelf Life
Two years.
Safety and Protection
When operating, pay attention to safty protection, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contact occurs, rinse with large amounts of water and seek medical attention immediately.
