Corrosion and scale inhibitor FCA1500
FCA1500 is a composite water stabilizer applicated specifically for thermal heating systems (closed/semi-closed loops) and industrial circulating water applications. Addressing scaling and multi-metal corrosion challenges caused by frequent start-stop cycles and periodic temperature fluctuations in heating systems, it establishes a dynamic protective barrier through precise synergy of organophosphonate chelation, corrosion-inhibiting film formation, and polymeric dispersion. This ensures long-term stable operation of heat exchangers, pipelines, and terminal equipment under high-hardness, high-alkalinity conditions—empowering district heating and regional warming systems to achieve dual goals of energy efficiency and operational safety.

Dosage Instructions
- Application Scope: Designed for thermal heating systems (closed/semi-closed loops) and circulating cooling water systems in power, metallurgy, refining, and chemical industries—especially suited for high-hardness, high-alkalinity, high-pH water conditions.
- Dosing Method: Continuous injection via metering pump into circulation loop; recommended dosage: 50–80 mg/L (based on system water volume). Adjust according to water analysis (Ca2+, HCO3–, Cl–) and corrosion monitoring. Maintain system operating pH within 7.0–9.2.
Packing and Storage
25 kg plastic drums; custom packaging available. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Shelf Life
12 months.
Safety and Protection
Weakly acidic liquid. Wear protective gloves, goggles, and workwear during handling. Avoid skin/eye contact. In case of contact, rinse with ample water immediately for ≥15 minutes; seek medical attention if irritation persists.
