Corrosion and scale inhibitor FCA1400
FCA1600 is an ultra-low phosphorus composite corrosion and scale inhibitor engineered for water treatment applications with stringent environmental compliance requirements. Leveraging phosphorus-substitute technology and an eco-friendly corrosion inhibition system, it overcomes limitations of conventional phosphorus-based formulations. Through synergistic action of multi-copolymer dispersion and targeted corrosion protection, it effectively suppresses inorganic scaling (e.g., calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate) while providing balanced protection for carbon steel, copper alloys, stainless steel, and aluminum under high-hardness, high-alkalinity conditions. With significantly reduced eutrophication risk in discharge water, FCA1600 is widely adopted across power, metallurgy, refining, and chemical industries where phosphorus discharge is strictly regulated—empowering enterprises to advance green water management and sustainable operations.
FCA1400 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor
FCA1400 is a circulating cooling water treatment formulation produced in strict compliance with 《DL/T 806-2013》 Category A low-phosphorus standards, specifically designed for high-parameter operational environments in the power industry. Centered on eco-friendly low-phosphorus technology, it delivers reliable protection for critical equipment such as condensers and heat exchangers while significantly reducing phosphorus discharge load. This solution empowers thermal and nuclear power plants to achieve synergistic goals of water stability, equipment safety, and green operations—providing robust technical support for sustainable energy system development.
