Instructions for Use

  • Application Scope: Open/closed-loop industrial cooling systems, pulp and paper wastewater treatment, and disinfection applications in food processing and healthcare facilities.
  • Dosing Protocol:
  • Open Systems: Shock dose every two weeks at 50–100 mg/L directly into sump; alternate with oxidizing biocides to mitigate microbial resistance.
  • Closed Systems: Initial dose at 100 mg/L; monitor residual concentration and replenish periodically.
  • Performance Note: A single 100 mg/L dose provides sustained microbial control for over 7 days, effectively suppressing regrowth and slime accumulation.

Packing and Storage

25 kg plastic drums. Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life

12 months.

Precautions

Weakly acidic liquid. Wear chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Avoid mixing with strong oxidizers. In case of skin/eye contact, rinse immediately with ample water for ≥15 minutes; seek medical care if irritation persists.
