FCA5103 Prefilming Agent

This product is mainly used for pre-filming treatment of water systems during normal operation. When added to circulating water, it chelates with divalent metal ions in the water to form a thin and dense anti-corrosion film, protecting metal equipment or pipelines. This pre-filming agent can be used in conjunction with any water quality stabilizer.

Instructions for Use

  • This product is primarily used for pre-filming treatment of water systems during normal operation. When added to circulating water, it chelates with divalent metal ions in the water to form a thin, dense anti-corrosion film, protecting metal equipment and pipes. This pre-filming agent can be used in conjunction with any water quality stabilizer. The general dosage is 1000 ppm, and the pre-filming time is 12-24 hours in a cold state and 8-16 hours in a hot state. The optimal pre-filming effect is achieved when the calcium ion concentration in the water is not less than 80 ppm and the pH is 6-8.

Packing and Storage
