FCA5200 Chemical Cleaning Agent
FCA5200 is a high-efficiency low-temperature chemical cleaning agent produced for industrial recirculating water systems, applicated for remove calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxide, and composite scale/deposits. Operating effectively at ambient to 60°C, it rapidly dissolves stubborn fouling while providing comprehensive protection to carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, and other metallic components through an advanced corrosion-inhibition system. It effectively mitigates hydrogen embrittlement, pitting corrosion, and Fe3+-accelerated corrosion risks. Widely applied across petrochemical, power, mechanical, and HVAC industries for cleaning heat exchangers, boilers, reactors, storage tanks, and pipelines, FCA5200 restores heat transfer efficiency, extends equipment life, and ensures safe system recommissioning.

Product Features
- This product is a widely used chemical cleaning agent with high solubility for various scales and deposits in water systems. It is generally used for low-temperature cleaning from room temperature to 60°C. While possessing extremely high cleaning power, it also exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition effects on metals such as steel and copper. Under normal temperature conditions, the corrosion rate of metals is no greater than 1 mm/a. It has excellent ability to inhibit hydrogen absorption by steel during cleaning and excellent ability to inhibit iron ion-accelerated corrosion. No pitting corrosion occurs on the metal during cleaning.

Instructions for Use
- It can remove various types of dirt, including calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxide, and mixed types. It is suitable for cleaning carbon steel, low-alloy steel, copper, and other metals, as well as connecting structures made of different materials. It is applicable to industries with various boilers, coolers, heaters, reactors, storage tanks, internal combustion engine cooling systems, water supply and drainage systems, and air conditioning systems.
- Examples include petroleum, chemical, machinery, power, postal and telecommunications, transportation, light industry, education, and healthcare industries. Depending on the degree of dirt buildup, add an appropriate amount of this product to the system, generally 10% of the water volume.
Packing and Storage
25 kg plastic drums. Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and incompatible materials.
Shelf Life
12 months.
Precautions
Strongly acidic liquid. Wear acid-resistant gloves, goggles, protective clothing, and respirator. Never store or mix with alkaline substances. In case of skin/eye contact, rinse immediately with ample water for ≥15 minutes and seek medical attention.
