FCA7300 Organic Polymeric Flocculant

FCA7300 is a high-purity organic polymeric flocculant (polyacrylamide derivative) with active matter content >90.0% and neutral aqueous solution (pH 6.5–8.5). Through efficient adsorption bridging and enmeshment/sweeping mechanisms, it rapidly aggregates suspended solids, colloids, and fine particles into large, dense flocs, significantly enhancing sedimentation and filtration efficiency. Ideal for potable water purification, industrial wastewater (oily, dyeing, papermaking, tanning), and complex effluents containing heavy metals, fluoride, or radionuclides. Delivers crystal-clear effluent with no secondary pollution risk. Widely applied in municipal water supply, power, metallurgy, and environmental engineering for safe, efficient, and cost-effective water treatment.

This product is mainly used for flocculation treatment in water systems to remove suspended or colloidal substances from the water.

Product Features

  • This product is mainly used for the purification of drinking water and the treatment of industrial wastewater, such as oily wastewater and wastewater from printing, dyeing and papermaking plants. It also has wide applications in water treatment in precision casting, papermaking, and leather making. It is also suitable for the treatment of special water qualities, such as wastewater containing radioactive substances, lead, highly toxic heavy metals, and fluoride.

Instructions for Use

  • Before use, prepare an aqueous solution of this agent with a concentration of 0.05-0.1% using neutral deionized water. When dissolving the polymer, appropriate heating or stirring should be considered, but the speed should not be too fast, generally 90 rpm is appropriate. The dosage varies depending on the object being treated; the optimal dosage can be determined experimentally. A dosage of 0.5-5 mg/L is generally recommended, and the diluent should be prepared immediately before use.

Packing and Storage

25 kg/bag (with moisture-proof inner liner). Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Strictly moisture-proof.

Shelf Life

12 months.
